1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Recharge App Services
These Terms ("Terms") apply to Recharge, owned by Next Play Growth, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), located at 12 Sanford Street, South Huntington, NY 11746, United States.
Recharge provides access to the mobile application Recharge (the "App"), which delivers short audio sessions based on NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) and Yoga Nidra principles, designed to help professionals restore mental energy and improve performance (the "Service" or "Services").

1.2 Basis of License
These Terms govern your use of the Services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1.3 Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Recharge provides audio-based relaxation and focus tools. We are not a healthcare or medical service provider. Recharge does not provide medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Services are intended for general productivity, stress reduction, and performance support. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use the Services and how you apply them. If you experience any physical or mental discomfort, you should discontinue use and seek advice from a qualified professional.
3. USE OF OUR SERVICES
3.1 Your Obligations
You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Share or resell content from the App.
- Misuse the Services in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties.
3.2 Usage Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
3.3 License and Granting of Rights
When you register and activate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Apple's standard End User License Agreements (EULAs) also apply, and in the event of conflict, the stricter provision will govern.
4. IN-APP PURCHASES & PAYMENTS
Recharge may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscriptions are auto-renewing until canceled.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple App Store account settings.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Apple, Stripe, RevenueCat). We do not store payment details.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you purchased (e.g., Apple App Store).
5. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be suspended for updates, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues.
6. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
Recharge is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, audio sessions, branding, logos, and trademarks in the App are the property of Next Play Growth, LLC or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.
8. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you:
- Breach these Terms.
- Misuse the Services.
- Fail to comply with applicable laws.
You may also stop using the Services at any time by deleting the App.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
